Routing Disclosure
This site is a marketing platform that sends calls and form requests to a licensed, insured independent Oregon roofing contractor serving Beaverton and nearby Portland westside communities. Beaverton Roof Pros does not perform the roofing work. The contractor sets availability, exact pricing, materials, warranties, permit handling, and contract terms in a written quote.
Calls to (971) 298-7833 and information submitted through the request channels may be sent to the independent contractor so it can respond about service, access, scheduling, photographs, and a quote. Calls to and from the published number may be recorded so we do not miss roof details, scheduling notes, or service requests.
Oregon CCB Verification
Oregon roofing contractors must be licensed through the Construction Contractors Board. Oregon law requires a contractor's CCB license number on advertising, bids, and written contracts. Ask the serving contractor for its number and verify the record at search.ccb.state.or.us before signing or authorizing roofing work. Beaverton Roof Pros does not publish or invent a number for a contractor that has not supplied one.
Using the Request Channels
By using https://beavertonroofpros.com, submitting a form, sending an email, or calling the published number, you agree to these terms. Provide accurate contact, address, ownership or authorization, roof condition, access, and scheduling information. Do not climb onto a wet, mossy, or damaged roof to provide photographs or measurements.
Use the contact page for current phone hours and routing details. The service-area page describes the core Beaverton and Portland westside coverage, but final availability depends on the address, requested scope, weather, access, and contractor scheduling.
Inspections, Quotes, and Published Ranges
A basic inspection with photo findings is no-cost for ordinary service requests. Detailed written or real-estate reports may be a separate service, commonly within the published $250-$450 planning range. Confirm the required deliverable, fee, and timing directly with the contractor before the visit.
Prices shown on the cost page are 2026 Portland westside planning ranges. They are not a binding offer. The independent contractor sets the exact price after evaluating roof plane, material, pitch, height, access, flashing, moss, decking, weather timing, and the requested work. Review a written itemized scope before authorizing the job.
Temporary Protection and Permanent Repairs
An emergency tarp, board-up, or dry-in is temporary. Its useful life depends on the opening, roof slope, attachment, wind, rain, and safe access. The contractor should explain the area protected, limitations, and the next inspection or permanent repair step. Unless a written quote states otherwise, the temporary and permanent scopes may be priced separately.
Permits, Materials, and Workmanship Terms
The assigned contractor checks the current Beaverton, Washington County, or other local permit requirements for replacement and structural roof work before the project begins. The independent contractor is responsible for stating material, removal, flashing, underlayment, decking assumptions, cleanup, schedule, inspection handling, and any workmanship warranty it actually offers. Manufacturer warranties apply according to their terms and should be distinguished from contractor workmanship coverage.
Insurance Requests
Insurance carriers decide coverage. The contractor can photograph visible wind or storm damage and prepare an itemized scope, but no claim result or financial incentive is promised. Documentation and an itemized scope do not decide coverage. The homeowner and contractor may choose to coordinate an inspection or share records, but no approval, claim amount, deductible treatment, or other carrier outcome is guaranteed.
No Warranty of Independent Services
Beaverton Roof Pros does not install, repair, inspect, maintain, or replace roofs and does not perform gutter, siding, tree, structural, or insurance-adjusting work. Any construction, inspection, warranty, schedule, material, price, or contract commitment is made by the independent contractor and must be confirmed with that contractor in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Beaverton Roof Pros is not responsible for an independent contractor's acts or omissions, work quality, property damage, claim outcomes, delays, missed appointments, price changes, permit matters, material availability, weather effects, or other losses connected with requested services. Issues concerning performed work should be addressed with the contractor that provided it.
Privacy and Communications
Information submitted through this site is handled according to the privacy policy. A roofing request may receive a related phone call, text, email, or voicemail. Message and data charges may apply under your carrier plan.
